Thank you to the Kwik Kar team for wonderful service across the board! James greeted me when I got out of my car and walked over to the entrance. And Christie was super helpful in answering my questions. They are an efficient and friendly crew!

Jonathan was my technician who did my inspection. He also sold me and installed a new air filter and cabin filter. Their price for both was less than 1 item at the dealership! He was polite, honest and helpful with information. I will recommend this KEIK KAR location to everyone.

Jonathan was honest, and I could tell he was interested in what was best for my truck like it belonged to him. Will definitely make the KwikKar off of University my home going forward for my maintenance and repair needs. Thanks for the service.

JR and his team at Kwik Kar University are top shelf. I’ve been going to them for oil changes and maintenance for my Mercedes C250 for the past year now. JR was kind enough to remedy a problem that a previous car care center had failed to do. He didn’t charge me for the minor issue even though he could have. He said that my repeat business was payment enough. Thank you JR. You’ve got a lifetime loyal customer. Tony Rodriguez/satisfied customer

The owner of this location and the employee he was working with last week not only did a completely amazing job on my car, but we're so very compassionate to me personally in navigating the process with my disability. Even though the lobby was being remodeled, they found me a chair and made checkout as smooth as possible. I'll never go anywhere else as long as they are open.
